Tumblr took my advice ;) ;) and created Theme Permalinks and Theme Author Pages. You can now go directly to a theme on Tumblr to see more info about it and install it. And you can also browse all the themes by a given theme author.

So go check out PhotoBoard and maybe be the 2500th person to install it! too late. :-)
